What is a flower subscription?

A flower subscription allows you the opportunity to have locally grown fresh flowers in your home or business throughout our growing season. The flowers will vary each week depending on what is in season and in bloom on the farm. You will have a choice between on-farm pickup, pickup at a local business, or delivery right to your doorstep!

Subscriptions guarantee that you will have a beautiful bouquet to brighten up your home or office each week. No more worrying about whether the bouquets at our flower stand or the farmer’s market will sell out before you make it there. There will be a guaranteed gorgeous bouquet of flowers with your name on it each week! Not to mention, our subscription customers will have priority when it comes to receiving the best blooms we have to offer.

There are three subscription options to choose from: Spring Subscription (6 bouquets), Summer Subscription (6 bouquets), and Full Season Subscription (12 bouquets). Check out all of the details below as well as a list of frequently asked questions.

How often will I get flowers & what types of flowers will I receive?

Spring Subscription: Six weeks of wrapped bouquets (May- June) Flowers may include snapdragons, sweet william, sunflowers, pincushion, rudbeckia, carnations, nigella, and more!

Local Pickup Options

We are grateful to partner with Reservoir Coffee in Norwood and The Brew Room in Locust to offer bouquet pickup. What does this mean? As a subscription customer, you can choose one of these wonderful local businesses as a pickup point for your weekly bouquets at checkout. Each week, we will deliver a custom bouquet with your name on it to your chosen destination.

Gifting a Flower Subscription

What better gift is there than the gift of locally grown flowers to brighten up your loved one’s day? If you purchase the flower subscription as a gift for someone else, we can mail you a gift certificate at checkout if requested (include this in your order notes). In addition, there is a printable information sheet available immediately after purchase with information about the subscription for your loved one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you deliver? We offer delivery to homes or businesses in Norwood, Oakboro, Locust, and Stanfield. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to apartment homes at this time due to our past experiences with theft.

When will the bouquets be delivered to my home? Bouquets will be delivered during the week on Monday-Friday. We will aim to stick with a particular day (to be determined) so that you know when to expect us.

What if I am not home to accept the delivery? Each week, we will send you a reminder email to set out a bucket, jar, or vase of fresh water the night before your delivery. We will place your wrapped bouquet in the vessel of your choice upon arrival. Try to find a place that is out of direct sunlight to keep your flowers fresh.

What if I am out of town the week of my delivery? If you happen to be out of town the week of your delivery, we understand! Please make arrangements with us at least 48 hours prior to your delivery and we can skip that week of your subscription and deliver your bouquet the following week. Please understand that due to the logistics of delivering across a wide area, we cannot do this each week. For a spring or summer subscription, we can reschedule your delivery one time. For a full-season subscription, we can reschedule your delivery up to two times. If you have chosen the on-farm pickup option, you are welcome to either reschedule your pickup (we need notice for this so we don’t make your bouquet) or have someone else pick up your bouquet in your place.

What if I forget to pick up my bouquet from the local business I chose as my pickup option? The local businesses will be asked to hold your bouquet for 24 hours from the time it is delivered. You will be sent an email reminder each week. If you forget to pick up your bouquet within the allotted time frame, the local business will be free to choose the fate of the bouquet (they can keep it for display, gift it to a customer, or give it to one of their wonderful employees). Please remember to pick up your bouquets!

If I chose on-farm pickup, can I have my bouquet delivered if I can’t make it to the farm that particular week? Unfortunately, due to the logistics of delivering across a widespread area, we are unable to make those changes. Please only choose on-farm pickup if you are able to pick up your bouquet from the farm for each of the six or twelve weeks of your subscription.

If I choose to pick up my subscription bouquets at a local business, when will I be able to pick them up? If you choose a local business as a pickup location for your subscription bouquets, your bouquets will be delivered during the week for you to pick up during the business’ store hours. You will have 24 hours to pick up your bouquet.

Can I get a refund on my subscription? Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for flower subscriptions. However, if you experience unforeseen circumstances such as having to move out of town, you may transfer your subscription to a local friend or family member if desired. They will receive the same option that you purchased (i.e. if you chose to pick up your bouquets at our farm, they will be expected to do the same).
